DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
The primary purpose of this position is to work in the local CLIA certified public health lab performing phlebotomy, waived tests, drug screens, and Quality Control. This position will also order and process labs for the walk-in lab program. Additional duties of this position include stocking supplies, recording/filing/maintaining various lab records, and other administrative duties. A great attention to detail and accuracy is required.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High school or General Educational Development diploma and one year of laboratory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
NECESSARY SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED: Certification in Phlebotomy
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday – Thursday 8:00am – 5:00pm; Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm
HIRING RANGE: $36,946.95- $47,292.09 (221) Salary offer will be based on years of experience in the same position and any education above job requirement.
